About ER Ignite Awards
The ER Ignite Awards recognise teams for outstanding contributions, efforts, and achievements during the year.
All awards are team-based and aligned with ER Group’s long-term strategic priorities.
The programme aims to:
- Recognise leadership behaviours that create
long-term value - Reinforce strategic execution and collaboration across
the Group - Celebrate impactful, scalable, and sustainable team initiatives
Eligibility:
- All Business Units of ER Group are eligible
- Only projects launched during FY25-26 are eligible for consideration
- Submissions must be endorsed by the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager
How to participate
Rules:
- Team-based submissions only
- All information must be accurate and evidence-based
Submission process:
The final deadline for all submissions is 1 June 2026.
All entries must be submitted to erigniteawards@ergroup.mu to be considered.
Voting & Jury process:
Following submission of initiatives by the Chief Executive Officer/General Manager, each entry will be reviewed by the assigned Theme leads for its respective category. Theme leads will assess submissions against the award criteria and shortlist the top five projects in each category.
These shortlisted projects will then be submitted to the Jury panel, which will review and deliberate to determine the final rankings.
